We are retained by the buyer to manage their procurement and project needs.
Does IntellaBuy Take Ownership of the Raw Materials (ie. Resin, Equipment, etc)?
No. IntellaBuy does not take ownership of any materials, nor do we pay for any materials.
Does IntellaBuy Cut PO's?
No, we facilitate and negotiate the best terms for your procurement process, but your company cuts the PO's for resins and materials.
Does IntellaBuy Aggregate All of Their Clients’ Purchases for More Purchasing Power?
Suppliers recognize IntellaBuy as an expert in market drivers and respect our market awareness and intelligence. Suppliers also recognize our clients as a growing opportunity for their markets. But no, we do not aggregate our buying leverage as our clients have so many diverse needs and specifications.
How Is IntellaBuy Paid?
IntellaBuy is hired by the 'Buyer', or client, and the buyer can pay in any number of ways and with varying terms. We negotiate each contract individually; thus, no two clients have the same services nor retainer arrangement.
Does IntellaBuy Get a Finder's Fee or Commission of Any Kind?
No! IntellaBuy is not incentivized in any way to use any particular vendor, nor any particular product. IntellaBuy is not paid by the "Supplier" at all. The "Buyer" negotiates the contract directly with IntellaBuy based on the "Buyer's" needs and specifications.
